FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Common questions about how Elevating Traders compares to other platforms and how the delivery stack works.

No. Elevating Traders generates signals directly from live market data using its own engine. There is no dependency on TradingView or any third-party charting platform. TradingView, PineConnector, and WebhookTrade all require an active TradingView subscription to generate alerts - ET does not.
PineConnector is a bridge - it takes alerts from TradingView and routes them to MetaTrader 5 for execution. It does not generate signals itself. Elevating Traders generates its own signals, delivers them to Telegram and webhooks, includes a free MT5 Expert Advisor, and provides 20 built-in strategies plus a no-code strategy builder - all as one integrated platform without needing TradingView.
Like PineConnector, WebhookTrade is primarily an execution bridge between TradingView alerts and a broker. It does not include built-in strategies, a strategy builder, Telegram DM delivery per user, WebSocket live feed, or a Python agent client. Elevating Traders includes all of these as part of the platform, and does not charge per-signal fees.
Yes - they complement each other. TradingView is the best tool for charting, Pine Script strategy development, and community-published indicators. Elevating Traders handles signal generation, automated delivery to Telegram and MT5, strategy subscriptions, and risk management. Using both together gives you a full institutional-grade setup.
No. The ET Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5 is included at no extra cost. It handles automated trade execution, risk-based lot sizing, breakeven and trailing stop management, and daily loss protection - all configurable within the EA settings.
No. Elevating Traders does not charge per-signal fees. PineConnector and WebhookTrade do charge on a per-signal or per-execution basis. With ET, signals are included as part of your subscription and strategy access.
Signals can be delivered via Telegram group, Telegram DM, outbound webhooks, MT5 Expert Advisor, ET Agent Client, email, and WebSocket live feed. You can configure your preferred delivery method per account. TradingView offers limited Telegram support, while PineConnector and WebhookTrade focus on webhook-to-MT5 execution only.
Elevating Traders fully covers Crypto (BTC, ETH, SOL and others), Forex (EUR/USD, GBP/JPY and major pairs), Indices (SPX, DAX, NAS and others), and Commodities (Gold, Oil and others). Stocks (AAPL, TSLA and others) are partially supported. All other compared platforms cover stocks fully, so this is worth noting if individual equity signals are a primary requirement.
No coding is required. Elevating Traders includes 20 ready-to-use built-in strategies, a no-code strategy builder, and a no-code delivery setup. TradingView requires some familiarity with Pine Script for custom strategies. PineConnector and WebhookTrade require partial technical setup for webhook configuration and MT5 installation.
The platform includes automated trade execution via MT5, risk percentage lot sizing in the EA, breakeven and trailing stop functionality, daily loss protection, and a confidence and risk-to-reward filter that screens signals before execution. Multiple broker support is partial and in development. TradingView has no native MT5 execution. PineConnector and WebhookTrade support MT5 execution but do not include confidence filtering or daily loss protection.
